24″ Bubbly Wine Bottle and Glass Double Bubble Balloon

Kick this celebration off with a toast of bubbly wine, in a double bubble balloon! Bubble balloons are perfectly clear and round, with a self-sealing, non-allergenic plastic.

Material: Premium Mylar Foil and Durable Stretchy Plastic (Transparent), Manufactured by Qualatex

You may order the balloon to be in one of the following forms:

(1) Helium-filled, tied with string

• The balloon will float for approximately 24 hours 
• For maximum float time, keep at room temperature and avoid sunlight
• A 1.5m long ribbon will be tied to the balloon 
• A balloon weight is provided

(3) Uninflated

• The balloon is sent in packaged form without being inflated
• A balloon string,balloon weight,balloon cup and stick is not provided but may be purchased separately
