Special COVID 19 Clause
In lieu of the current COVID 19 pandemic and the uncertainty it has brought, every standard booking comes with a complimentary COVID 19 clause for ease of mind.
If triggered, this COVID 19 clause supersedes the Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy and the client will be offered a complimentary option to postpone or refund.
This clause is included by default for all bookings by made before the 31st of December 2021.
COVID 19 Clause
The threshold for enforceability of any contracts made through any platform or with any associates, vendors and representatives of the brand All To Gather, is held to be as per the existing regulations as specified by the Government of Singapore at the time booking is confirmed(i.e. When the initial payment was made).
Client A confirms the booking for a Wedding Reception at the venue on 1st August 2021,
Event date is on 1st December 2021.
Hence the terms of enforceability are based on the 1st of August 2021.
As of 1st August during the Phase 2 Heightened Alert, the following terms were agreed:
Maximum 100pax with Pre-Event Testing/ Fully Vaccinated
Food can be served, minimally in Bento packs
The COVID 19 Clause can only be triggered if come the 1st of December or before that there is an official announcement that affects this date specifically from the Singapore Government that either points (a) and/or (b) cannot be fulfilled.
