Self Collection/Balloons Delivery/Parcel Delivery

1. Self Collection

Nearest MRT: Jalan Besar / Rochor MRT
Please be on time and provide your name, contact number and order number upon self-collection

Changes in collection time are subject to available slots.
The person collecting the items (including your self-appointed courier) is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications of the products are correct and in good condition.

Any defect or incorrect design/size must be raised to the staff on shift so rectification can be made. We will not be liable for any error or damage after collection/handover.
You may RE-COLLECT the items at our office should there be any exchange required.

2. Balloons Delivery

Please liaise with our delivery provider for changes in delivery time. Delivery surcharge(s) may apply for last-minute changes.
Change from collection to delivery is subject to the availability of slots. Regular delivery charges and surcharges will apply.
Please note that actual delivery time may range from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after your stated delivery time due to possible unforeseen circumstances.

The recipient is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications of the products are correct and in good condition. In the event that there are errors in the order, please WhatsApp All To Gather @+65 8836 7084 or email to hello@alltogather.sg for assistance. Kindly send a photo of the order received.
If there is no one present to receive the order during the delivery time slot chosen, we will attempt to call the number provided. If you can be contacted, the driver may leave the items at an agreed location (such as in front of the door). We will not be responsible for the conditions of these items.

If the driver is unable to contact the recipient after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to the shop. You may choose to self collect or arrange for re-delivery (delivery fees + surcharges will apply, subject to available slots)
Our delivery provider cannot be held liable for reasonable delay due to factors beyond our control (e.g. unexpected traffic conditions.)

3.Parcel Delivery

We currently offer two parcel delivery options in Singapore, with order tracking services.

（i) Standard Parcel Delivery

(ii) Express Parcel Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered by Q-Express.
Orders will arrive within 3-5 working days
Please note that your order will be dispatched by All To Gather to our shipping provider within 48 hours
Working days refer to Monday to Saturday, and do not include Public Holidays.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Check your address carefully when placing an order.

Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.
