Terms & Conditions

General

 

  • All To Gather reserves the right to make changes to the product, pricing, and any other content on the website.

  • We may take photos or videos of your event space set up or balloon order for advertising and publicity purposes. If you do not wish for your order to be included in such, please inform us in writing prior to the confirmation / payment of the order. Failing which, you irrevocably waive all rights which you may have now or in the future including but not limited to your rights under the Copyright Act or any similar laws of any jurisdiction, and acknowledge All To Gathers right to use your name, biographical details, photographs and recordings.

 

Event Space Booking

 

Confirmation and Reservation

 

  • Due to the scarcity of the venue, the date and duration of the booking must be confirmed with full payment for our representatives to submit the booking request. The outcome of the booking request will be communicated within 24 hours from payment, and deemed confirmed once cleared by management.

  • In order to maintain the cleanliness of the venue, a compulsory cleaning session fee is applicable for each booking.

  • A refundable security deposit is required to insure the risks of unforeseen incidences resulting in damages or costs to the venue. A softcopy of the Event Liaison’s ID is required and will only be used exclusively with regards to the booking and not for any other means. In the extraordinary event that the damages exceed the amount the deposit, Management reserves the right to recover these damages from the Event Liaison.

  • Any matters regarding outstanding balance, including the security deposit will be resolved within 2 – 5 days from the end of the booking.

 

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  1. If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation:

  • 100% refund of Booking Fee.

  • 100% refund of Security Deposit.

  • 100% refund of Cleaning Fee

  • 100% refund of all additional addons(Services)

 

  1. If booking is cancelled more than 30 days before event date:

  • 0% refund of Booking Fee.

  • 100% refund of Security Deposit.

  • 100% refund of Cleaning Fee

  • 50% refund of all additional addons(Services)

 

  1. If booking is cancelled days or less before the event date:

  • 0% refund of Booking Fee.

  • 100% refund of Security Deposit.

  • 0% refund of Cleaning Fee

  • 0% refund of all additional addons(Services)

 

  • Any external services not directly engaged through Management, are subject to their own terms and are to be treated as separate from this agreement.

  • For postponement, a 20% charge of the Booking Fee will be levied if it is done 30 days or more before the original event date. With less than 30 days to the event, no postponement will be allowed.

  • In the event that any special terms/payment arrangements were agreed upon, the Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply to the standard amount, excluding any special clauses and promotional terms or discounts.

 

Balloons & Party Supplies

 

Product Ordering

 

  • All product photos are for illustrative purposes only. The actual colours and sizes may vary from the product photos and from the screen due to monitor colour restrictions.Pictures are for reference only and elements within the photo may not be part of the item. Please read the item description carefully.

  • All measurements of weight and size for products are approximations only.

  • All To Gather reserves the right to substitute, change, accept or reject any personalised artwork on balloons. Slight changes to design may be made depending on the balloon size and add-ons as we deem fit for practical and aesthetic purposes.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by All To Gather, at the time order is placed. Payment must be completed within 24hours for quote to remain valid, unless otherwise agreed on.

  • It is recommended to schedule for delivery or self-collection 2 hours prior to your event to ensure balloons are in the best condition.

  • In the event that balloons burst or deflate during delivery, All To Gather will issue a refund or exchange, depending on the situation. Please note that All To Gather will issue an exchange only for 18” or larger foil balloons. For other balloons, All To Gather will issue a refund via store credit instead.

 

Cancellation or Change to order

 

  • Order cancellations are not allowed after order is placed.

  • Under extraordinary circumstances where a cancellation is possible (subject to management approval), any discount codes used will be forfeited.The remaining amount will be turned into store credit. Strictly no refunds will be made.

  • Store Credit Terms and Conditions: Coupon codes for store credit will be issued with one-month validity. Orders must be placed before expiry to successfully utilize the code.No extension or further cancellation of order is allowed.

 

Return Policy

 

  • All items will be inspected for defects before being dispatched for delivery, mailing or self-collection. All To Gather is not responsible for damage on items due to improper care. We will only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or items damaged before delivery/collection or incorrect orders being sent.

  • Any request for a return must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges can only be done at the All To Gather office (90 Lor 23 Geylang, #01-04/05, Singapore 388393) during office hours. Kindly inform All To Gather with a photo of the product via WhatsApp @+65 6655 8257 or email to hello@alltogather.sg in advance, and return the product in the same condition it was received, including any packaging. For exchanges due to defective items or items damaged before delivery/collection, a 1 to 1 exchange of the same item will be given.

  • For refunds, kindly inform All To Gather with a photo of the product via WhatsApp @+65 6655 8257 or email to hello@alltogather.sg and mail the product back in the same condition it was received, including any packaging.

 

Reward Points

 

  • To earn reward points, you must create an account and be logged in before placing your order.

  • Reward points currently do not have an expiry date, but this may be implemented in the future.

  • Discount codes are not transferable for Cash
